You do not need to register, but it is desirable to have in case of returns or tracking of a number of orders.

For the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, we offer 2 options:

  • cash on delivery payment
  • Bank payment

On the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, we offer 4 delivery options:

  • Transport to Econt office
  • To an address with Econt
  • Transport to Speedy office
  • To an address with Speedy

For products that are available and an order received before 15:00 we ship on the same day, after 15:00 we ship on the next working day.

When ordering a product that is out of stock or by "order or non-standard", the production takes place within up to 5 working days.

Products can be returned only with a REGISTERED user and a completed return form and with the integrity of the product preserved (product § packaging)
